Michele Caporale is part of the third generation of restaurateurs.
Its story begins in 1918, when Michele's great-grandmother, Nonna Graziela, opened his first restaurant in Pescara (Abruzzo). Activity that her grandfather Nono Don Donato Simone would follow, and her mother Antonieta would continue.
His passion, creativity and love for his work brought Michele to Mallorca, where he offers us his most artistic, inspiring and authentic cuisine every day; An Author's Cuisine where traditional recipes are combined with true gastronomic innovations.
