Michele Caporale is part of the third generation of restaurateurs.
Its story begins in 1918, when Michele's great-grandmother, Nonna Graziela, opened his first restaurant in Pescara (Abruzzo). Activity that her grandfather Nono Don Donato Simone would follow, and her mother Antonieta would continue.
