More than 150 gastronomic experiences
After a month from its opening, finalizing the details of the room and adjustments of its new Northeast Menu, Casa Marcial returns to normal with lunch and dinner services and possibility to travel to Asturias from other provinces.
The northeast wind so characteristic of the area will be the conceptual thread of the Season and the Menu becoming one more ingredient, both from the environment and the new dishes.
The Northeast Menu will go from the mountain to the sea, presenting our environment, our products and the corners that inspire and represent us the most. In this way the long version is called "Pienzu", in reference to this summit overlooking the Picos de Europa and the coast and the short version is called "Vega", referring to this beach of cliffs and dunes that is part of our horizon.
This wind has led to ancestral techniques of drying food that will be reflected in a drying of fish, conger, roe, healers, etc. located on the terrace of the restaurant and transferred to the dishes through sauces, products and elaborations.
This year we go a step further into our philosophy of Territorio, where also integrates as a novelty an Asturian chestnut bottle designed by a localbanist that houses more than 850 wines and with which we have renewed the entrance to the restaurant and bar. A change that together with the spacious dining rooms and the garden designed by Fernando Gutiérrez represent an evolution without losing the rural and cozy style that characterizes Casa Marcial.
