Product, market and a little bit international 80 percent of the ingredients used in M by Moyà are Majorcan products, while the rest come from destinations to which the chef has traveled, such as Germany, Norway, France... It is not a different cuisine but yes; it is very correct and respectful with the products that there are in every moment.
