Sa Cuina de N'Aina is a beautiful stone and beams house, decorated in a rustic way and whose original chef, Aina Carbonell, defines herself as self-taught, but passionate about Majorcan cuisine. Her specialties are the baked cod loin, or the ox cheek in its juice, among others. The famous stuffed bird has attracted, year after year, hundreds of visitors to this restaurant in Sencelles.
