In Cimarrón, David Esteve, chef and owner of the restaurant, bets on a totally atypical concept, from its decoration, dedicated to Western movies, posters, photos, weapons..., to a very but very appetizing menu, also related to the Western.
Their burgers are exceptional; BBQ wings and ribs there is nothing comparable on the island; the steak tartar is presented with its best galas, just like the highest quality meats.
