Luca Veronesi, owner and chef of Prosecco, ensures that any ingredient in the dishes he has chosen for tonight can be changed, as the philosophy of a trattoria dictates.
The Prosecco Valentine's menu begins with a delicious, fresh, high-quality prawn cocktail to whet your appetite. As a main course, two options are offered to diners: either a risotto dressed with seafood of the day, or saltimboca alla romana, a very typical dish of Italian gastronomy.
For dessert, the chef will prepare a chocolate heart, very creamy and dedicated especially to those with a sweet tooth.
The entire menu is paired with a bottle of prosecco.
