The cuisine of Mhares Sea Club is very Mallorcan, Mediterranean and taking advantage of all that the market has to offer. This terrace hanging over the sea is designed for Mallorcan visitors.  A place to enjoy the views, a quick dip if the weather still allows it, and the recipes that the kitchen team makes with elegance.

 

Arsenio Fuentes is the gastronomic advisor of Mhares Sea Club. He was one of those who taught the profession to Miquel Lladó and Carlos Janer, Head Chef and Second Chef, respectively. Ten years later, these three colleagues have met again in this restaurant where they offer what they do best: delicious and quality recipes with the best products.

Mallorcan dishes and modern cuisine

The Tamarell menu, the restaurant of Mhares Sea Club, is very oriented to the typical Mallorcan recipes, in which Arsenio Fuentes and the team have given a touch of modernity. The grouper is prepared in the tataki style, or it is marinated and presented in a dish of lec hona chops, or it is cooked at a very low temperature, but always looking for the essential flavours and mixing them.

An amazing brunch to close the season 

 

The season is coming to an end and to say a suitable farewell, Arsenio Fuentes, Miquel Lladó and Carlos Janer have created a brunch to close the summer and welcome autumn in style.

It includes coffee, infusions, cereals... but one of the most outstanding aspects is that is not allowed to forget where they are. For this reason local products such as sobrassada, Felanitx pâté, camaiot on glass bread with branch tomato... but also mini hamburgers or fresh avocado salad with prawns, among many varieties of tastings.

There's still time to enjoy Mhares Sea Club 

Mhares Sea Club does not serve dinners anymore, but it is possible to continue enjoying this space until October 20, from 11:00 until sunset. And for those who want to taste all the options present at the brunch, you can do it for 55 euros, which includes a hammock to taste the best Mediterranean food from the front line of the sea.
