Among the chef's specialties are the cuttlefish and shrimp burger, the tofu, seaweed and chickpea burger, or the chicken curry that he cooks for up to two hours so the sauce is reduced.

Fernando Artigas cooks as his mother and grandmother did, that is why time is an important part of his recipes. "My Iberian ham croquettes have a creamy texture, and the meat burgers, with bacon, ham, cheese ... are a success."
