"The tapas we offer are signature and we like a lot, for example, the tuna tartare on zucchini in black cuttlefish tempura" says the chef while, with great skill, he puts the finishing touches on this miniature dish. But on the menu there are also other delicacies such as the house carpaccio with foie gras and red fruits or the squid prawns with lime aioli.
