Ángeles López and her second, Elitsa Dimitrova, are in charge of the service in the dining room, giving unbeatable attention and giving very good advice when choosing a menu and pairing.
The magnificent candied artichoke flower, the undisputed star of the menu, with its delicate and tender petals sprinkled with fleur de sel and EVOO, came to life thanks to priceless crunchy bacon cubes: a true delicacy.

We could not resist trying the appetizing rice from senyoret a la llauna, with cuttlefish and fortunately "desecrated" by some tasty prawns. The delicious rice, with an intense flavor and slightly honeyed, was served perfectly as well as the seafood that accompanied it.
