More than 150 gastronomic experiences
Tess de Mar's chef, Juan Ocampo, has created exquisite and very elegant menus to entertain the guests. In addition, it has the support of the Sa Creu Nova team, which will be in charge of organizing any detail so that diners only have to take care of enjoying and celebrating the holidays.
According to the chosen menu, diners will be able to choose the number of dishes that make up the agape. Juan Ocampo has prepared smoked pumpkin cream, llampuga coca and grilled octopus as starters, to whet the appetite after appetizers based on various breads and roasted sweet potato foam, arugula pesto and black olives.
As seconds, Juan proposes veal cheek, artisanal hake al pil pil or seasonal mushroom risotto. The desserts also attract attention: lemon cake and chocolate in textures.
For lovers of tapas in Tess de Mar there is another option more than perfect: the tapas menu in which you can taste, among others, portions of Iberian bait shoulder and fresh tomato, white fish ceviche of the day, or octopus to the embers.
