The Sa Cuina de Mercat restaurant in front of the Mercat de l'Olivar does not usually work with a menu, but with elaborate daily suggestions.

Carefully cooked by chef Germán Muñoz, who walks through the market every morning, carefully selecting the products and ingredients with which he makes his creations.
It is a place where you will always find something new to taste and that will surely surprise you.

And as a pairing for those great daily dishes, they recommend their selection of premium wines, one for every occasion; El Puntido, Victorino, Finca el Bosque, Pintia and Trasnocho.
