The successes of Greek gastronomy, now in Palma


The Palet restaurant starts the good weather bringing to Palma the usual successes of the cuisine of the native Greece of Stavros Gkouliamanis. This restless and curious chef, unable to settle for a static menu, is inspired by his own cuisine and that of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Those who like to shovel the barley juice will now enjoy a mythical beer in Greece. Efix is one of the first Greek beers that were brewed and stands out for its taste and good quality, but it is not the only product that the chef of Palet incorporates to his menu.

Flavors of the Eastern Mediterranean

You can taste dolmadakia, the traditional vine leaf rolls stuffed with rice, and liqueurs such as ouzo or tentura, originating from Patras and flavored with cinnamon. Stavros Gkouliamanis also gives a complete return to his pastry recipes to recover the Ottoman flavors in semola biscuits with syrup, milk cream with chicken and cinnamon - sweet, fine and surprising - and milk cream with almond flour.
