More than 150 gastronomic experiences
Cristina Ionescu, owner of Malbec, and her chef Eduardo Bianco, have designed a menu with several options to choose from.
As starters, diners can choose between avocado with red onion, strawberries, cherry tomato and grilled Argentine prawns, or clams in white wine with garlic and parsley. It will be followed by a pumpkin cream with coconut milk and ginger and a lemon sorbet with cava.
For main course there will be three different options: beef sirloin skewer with prawns, pork medallions with goat cheese and mango chutney or vegetable ravioli with tomato sauce and basil.
The dessert will be a delicate chocolate mousse with whiskey liqueur and strawberries. The final touch will be a glass of cava.
